Introduction to

QUALITY
EPScm are proud to be certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and now also with Achillies for Carbon Reduction (ISO 14064). Quality is very much part of our business culture. Many of our managers and staff are from our company origins when we only delivered electrical works, where quality is instilled upon us from all aspects of project delivery.
Our integrated management system (Combining Quality and Safety) sets out how we function as a business with QHSE at its core. Quality begins with our preconstruction activity and continues until Handover. As a business we undertake a bid go/no go process to initially ascertain whether a tender opportunity is the right choice or not. If we proceed a bid manager is appointed and regular meetings are held to monitor progress on the tender from quality of the bid document, to appropriate supply chain selection to IRS schedule and technical queries raised.
Upon award, a lengthy handover meeting is held where pre-Con hand a project to the operations team. Once the project is live, we use the below 4-part flow chart to ensure quality is adopted and used through out delivery through to handover.

HANDOVER
As a business we always striving for continuous improvement. Following some document controls issues with the delivery of the recent ESO project, we have invested in the cloud-based document control software, ACONEX. This ensures communicating change is easier with one centralised storage area. It also included a far slicker snagging system where all involved can easily see the master-snagging list (including client and suppliers) and what has been closed out and when. We are more than happy to onboard Alpine onto Aconex for the delivery of this project.
