Please allow us to introduce ourselves, we are EPS construction management Ltd.

Our ethos and approach to complete project delivery differs from the industry norm as it starts with a full understanding of our customer’s exacting requirements and aspirations beyond design and specification, form, or function. We do this by matching our proposals for people, programme and methodologies to your specific business and operational requirements. Having developed and refined this approach of full customer engagement; we have successfully implemented this model generating valuable repeat business over the last number of years with prominent industry clients such as:

  • ​Alpine F1, Enstone, continuous delivery of capital projects, c£50m over the last 10 years.
     

  • Multiple site development for the development and construction of Electric Vehicles for Arrival in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire representing a spend with EPScm of c£15m.
     

  • Undertaking building extensions and alterations works to fully occupied and operational premises for Honda Motorsport in Milton Keynes (now Redbull Powertrains), c£8m delivered.
     

  • Wiliams Advanced Engineering (now Fortescue Zero) where are currently delivering phases 1 and 2 of a 3-phase fit out of a 200,000SQ ft manufacturing hub in Banbury. c£8m delivered with a further £7m to be delivered next financial year.
     

We have the working knowledge, experience, and expertise to deliver any project either within or adjacent to client occupied space without disruption, contamination or migration of nuisance normally associated with construction activity. This is delivered without compromise to your existing operations, your timeline, or qualitative requirements.

Within the relevant experience section, we clearly demonstrate our astute successful track record with project delivery on operational Formula 1 campus with extensive experiences with Alpine, Honda and recently secured major capital projects at Williams. Our approach and ability to be genuinely agile and collaborative ensures our construction activities can progress without disrupting site’s critical business operational cycles.

Turnover for the last 3 years and forecast turnover for this next financial year are as follows:

  • 21/22 - £18M
     

  • 22/23 -£15M
     

  • 24/25 - £24M
     

  • 25/26 – c£20M secured with a further £6 forecasted
     

Your planned projects therefore represent a very small percentage of our overall turnover. However, despite the project value the works will be valued highly by EPScm  as this is an opportunity to develop a new relationship where we can demonstrate the value we bring to project delivery and hopefully, if successful with these works, we’ll be invited back for more as we have with all our clients. We have capacity for such works and will ensure we make the right team available to deliver on your behalf.
